Applicant Privacy Notice

This notice explains exactly what happens to the information you send us through the application form. It applies in addition to our general Privacy Policy.

What you submit

• Full name, date of birth, nationality and country of residence.
• Email address and phone or WhatsApp number.
• Languages you speak and, optionally, your Instagram or TikTok handle.
• Previous experience, your answers about camera work and relocation, your preferred arrangement, and your written introduction.
• Up to four photos, if you choose to attach them.

Why we need it

We use this information solely to assess your application, to contact you about it, and to prepare a concrete proposal if we move forward together. Your date of birth is used to confirm that you are 18 or older, which is a strict requirement.

How your photos are handled

• Photos are uploaded to private storage that is not publicly accessible and not indexed by search engines.
• They are visible only to the JAVERO GROUP team members reviewing applications.
• They are never published, shared with third parties, or used for marketing.
• Nothing you send is used publicly without separate, explicit written consent from you.

Legal basis

We process this data on the basis of your consent, given by ticking the consent boxes in the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing info@javerogroup.com, and we will delete your application data.

Retention

If we do not start working together, your application and photos are deleted no later than 12 months after your last contact with us. You can ask for deletion sooner at any point and we will confirm once it is done.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, port, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to complain to your national data protection authority. Write to info@javerogroup.com and we will respond within 30 days.

No fees

JAVERO GROUP never charges applicants a recruitment fee, an administration fee, or any other cost for applying or for relocation.
